Vegetables,
Herbs and Small Fruits
Available though our CSA
Anytime we have more produce
than needed to fill CSA baskets, we will list what's available each week
on our "This Week" page.
Our garden motto is: “keep it natural.” We use no
chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. We use companion
planting, composting, encouraging beneficial insect populations,
promoting healthy soil organisms and other natural gardening practices
to boost plant health. This is a partial listing of the vegetables,
herbs and
small fruits we plan to grow in 2010.

We are partnering with a producer in northeast
Oklahoma to provide our customers with Black Angus beef. This beef is grass raised then grain finished
the
last four months at a small, family owned and operated, feedlot. No
antibiotics or growth hormones are used. They are wormed with a
commercial wormer twice to minimize internal parasites and are
vaccinated for black leg. All calves are born and grass raised
on the ranch. This is delicious meat!
$3.75 per pound rail weight
(price includes processing)
Down payment required to reserve - balance due

Our flocks of pastured hens are laying beautiful brown eggs with deep yellow yolks. These
eggs are a healthy, tasty alternative to commercial eggs - better even
than "cage free" or "vegetarian fed!"
Eggs from
hens raised on grass have been shown to be higher in Vitamin E and Beta
Carotene and lower in Cholesterol. Read more at: http://www.motherearthnews.com/eggs
